Great value for the money, perfect location in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation, shopping and attractions. the spacious room came with a full kitchen and all its utensils, which was very convenient for budget travelers. the bed had a comfortable mattress and the room was quite clean.
The building and the decor date back a few years, and some parts of the hotel need to be renovated. the gym was too small, and there were no sun deck or pool available.

The rooms have a kitchen area. Close to Water Tower and train system. I did appreciate the upgrade to king suite, but is was sort of wasted since I only stayed one night. I will be staying there again in the near future.
I had to call front desk, there were no remotes for the tv'S.

Stayed at this hotel over Easter and had a great time! The suite was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved that it had a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable seating area. The location was also fantastic, close to key attractions and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop deck and views it offered, as well as the fact that there were other hotels nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
That the rooms were hit or miss in terms of updates and renovations. Some rooms seemed outdated, while others were more modern.

The staff was very accommodating. Allowed us to store our luggage although our room wasn't ready so we could walk around the town. They also gave us a free upgrade!
The room was clean but the decor was a bit old fashioned

The location was perfect and the room was comfortable and clean. I was there on business and it suited my needs exactly. I also got a very good rate which made it possible for me to stay there. I do not have a large travel budget with my business. I would definitely stay there any time I was in Chicago for both business and leisure. I highly recommend this hotel.
I liked everything about this hotel. Yes, it is a bit "tired" and would benefit from being updated and refreshed. That said, the kitchen was great and the whole suite was very, very clean. This is an example a great quality for the price (I had a great rate)l.

Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast lasted until 1.30pm so you don't need to be hurry to eat. The hotel is a few minutes far on by walking to shopping area which is across Michigan avenue.

The location is perfect, couldn't have asked for a better spot. The staff was very friendly.
The room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, not sure if someone smoked there before we stayed or if that was just the smell of the room. The pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning broke while we were there and although they said it was fixed, it still never seemed to get cool enough.

Value for cost of room through Booked.net - our price included a suite, cooked to order breakfast and internet. The hotel was convenient to Magnificent Mile, adjacent to Hancock Center. The interior of the room could use updating, but it was clean and served us very well.
They had the heat turned off for the spring and a cold spell came, so no heat was available, but they gave us extra blankets and we were cozy.

The room was nice but the bed was way too small. We had asked for a queen but it was the size of a full. Next time we book a room at the Seneca we will ask for a king size bed. Breakfast was excellent! Over all service was excellent. Thanks, Steve and Ruthie Welty
The queen size bed was a very small queen. It is the size of our full size beds in one of our bedrooms.

Location was perfect for the things I wanted to see and do in Chicago- staff friendly and helpful- espcecially the bellman
Bathroom was pretty small for 2 people to use- little counterspace and I did not locate the small closet to put toiletries away- closets and other rooms were very spacious
